Are you able to provide samples?

We have samples available of our Rattan and Outdoor Fabric,  so you can see and feel the weave and fabrics first hand.

You can order up to 3 samples using our request form, which you can find here (Our samples are subject to availability)

What warranty do you offer?

We’re confident in the quality of our products, therefore we’re please to be able to offer warranties of up to 7 years for our products. For further information on the warranties per range please refer to our Terms & Conditions upon opening a Trade Account or placing an order via our online Order Portal.

Do you have a showroom I can visit?

Our showroom has been renovated recently and now open, though a number of our retail partners have their own showroom spaces where you can see Maze products. 

If you're looking for a particular item, we recommend giving the retailer a call first, to check they have the item you'd like to see, as with such a wide and varied range not all Maze items may be on display.

How do I care for my Maze furniture?

Maze furniture ranges are specifically designed for outdoor living. 

Each product description has relevant information on how to care for your purchase, along with the instructions provided with your purchase.

Our collections come with a variety of cushion types, ranging from showerproof cushions through to our outdoor fabric products, which can be left outdoors all year round.

I have a query/problem with my Maze furniture, what should I do?

We ask that our Trade partners raise issues with their designated Account Manager, when reporting the issue please include your order reference, the product in question, and details of the issue. We will then endeavour to respond within 48 hours.

If you are the customer of one of our valued retailers, please refer to the company that you have purchased from as they will be able to liaise with us on your behalf.

Where can I get assembly instructions for my Maze furniture?

A printed copy of assembly instructions and the fixing kit required to build the furniture are supplied within the packaging, the fixing kit is typically attached to a red ribbon. Should the printed instructions be mislaid we have virtual copies stored on our Customer Sharepoint available to download.

Should I use coasters and place-mats on my furniture?

We would advise the use of coasters and place mats, do not place hot dishes directly onto your furniture and ensure spillages are promptly cleaned away with a clean damp cloth.

Will the framework of my furniture rust?

No, aside from our wooden Martinique & Porto ranges, our items have aluminium framework which is rust-resistant, this is also covered with a powder-coating. Our fixing kits and Hanging Chairs are the only exception which due to the nature of the products must be made from steel for strength. Steel can sometimes rust, but in this instance simply clean with mild soapy water and a clean cloth, once dry a light coating of WD40 can help to repel water.

My rattan table-top is sagging, is this normal?

There is no need to be concerned, the weave material must be able to make slight adjustments to temperature, to ensure that in frost it does not snap and become brittle. This ensures then that the product is suitable to be kept outside all year round as advertised. This sagging is the weave adapting to changes in temperature and when acclimatised this will return to normal. This is a natural reaction within the weave and if this did not occur the item would not last.

Can I replace the glass on my table?

If you email your Account Manager, they will be able to advise on availability of replacement glass and any costs involved. In the event where we are unable to supply replacement glass, we will happily supply the dimensions for you to take to a local glazier to assist you.
